Mail the application to:
Finnish Art Society / Edvard Richter Grant
Nervanderinkatu 3
00100 Helsinki

The grants are awarded in December. Grant recipients are required to submit a report on the use of the grant by the end of the following year.

The purpose of the grant is to enable the recipient to study contemporary international fine art abroad. Many critics are freelancers, and there are very few grants for them in Finland. The key criteria for selection of recipients are that they are able to show convincingly their merits as critics, and that the plan for the use of the funds is well argued.
